About Me
Hi, my name is Isaac Salcido, RFC®, CEO and Co-founder of Arkapital Financial, husband to a wonderful wife, father to a beautiful boy, and Employee Benefits Specialist.
I’m passionate about helping business owners and working in alignment with my values. Before becoming an entrepreneur I worked in banking where I first started interacting with people who were starting their businesses.
After years in finance and banking, I decided I wanted to start something that made an impact in my community and launched Avance Progreso Hispano with two partners. A non-profit that helped the Hispanic community with financial education and resources.
In 2019 I Co-founded Arkapital with my wife and recently moved from California to Dallas, Texas, where I enjoy walks in nature, exploring all the beautiful churches, and of course, the barbeques.
Today I am focused on improving people’s well-being by providing a solution that helps the workplace prioritize their team’s health.
